Alamein Movers provides professional moving, relocation, storage, and logistics services to individuals and businesses within the UAE and internationally. By engaging with our company, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated in this document.

Full details of each service may be found on our website or through our sales team. All services are subject to availability and internal policies.
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information regarding the items to be moved and the destination details.
Ensure that items are safe, accessible, and comply with UAE laws and international regulations.
Settle payments as per the invoice and agreed terms.
Notify us of any fragile, high-value, or sensitive items before packing or transport.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
All charges are due upon completion of the service.
Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Additional fees may apply for delays, last-minute changes, special handling, storage, customs procedures, or unforeseen requirements.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.
Changes to the moving date, location, or service scope must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
Alamein Movers takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safe handling and transportation of your belongings. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by:
Natural disasters
Road or traffic conditions
Political or civil disturbances
Customs delays or restrictions
Items packed by the customer
Incorrect declarations or withheld information
Insurance is available upon request to cover potential risks during transit.
Insurance coverage can be arranged for items during the move or transit.
Please note:
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
High-value items such as jewelry, cash, valuable documents, antiques, and collectibles are not covered under standard insurance.
Special insurance may be arranged for premium items upon request.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to possible factors such as:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Customs clearance
Site accessibility
Upon delivery, you must inspect all items and report any visible damage immediately.
We value your privacy. Your personal information—such as name, address, and contact details—will only be used to process your move or for communication related to our services.
Alamein Movers will never share your information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to complete your service (e.g., freight or customs partners).
Alamein Movers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Alamein Movers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated policies.
